Immigration and Citizenship Services provides advocacy, counseling, information, processing and referrals regarding citizenship and immigration issues. These services are available to all members of our community, including refugees, immigrants and citizens. MVRCR is recognized by the Board of Immigration Appeals (B.I.A.) as a non-profit agency pursuant to 8 C.F.R. 292.2 as amended. Some services may incur a nominal fee in addition to USCIS petition fees.

The United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is the name of the former Immigration & Naturalization Service. The USCIS comes under the new Department of Homeland Security.
